The new normal

Trying to get used to the new normal here. Following the cleaning suggestions from experts. Not going out of the house. Keeping my anxiety under control. Today was a paint toe nails and make corn chowder day. While I type this, I’m watching Venom again, on bluray because the internet has some ups and downs right now (since everyone is using it more often). Setting up an area I can do yoga in again. My anxiety needs it. I’ve been doing simple stretches for now until it’s set up. I’ve limited my news consumption (meaning most social media) to 1-1.5 hours per day. I can’t look at it all day if I want to control my anxiety. And there’s not a whole lot I can personally do about most of it. So I’m focusing on what I can do. Been doing adult coloring books, organizing things, reading, watching tv and movies, and writing. Planning to try to add some photography in once things are a bit more organized for this reality. It’s been spring weather this week so the windows have been open. Getting colder for a few days though so will probably have to close them before bed tonight. Hoping the cold doesn’t last long. I hope everyone is well ❤
